Honest, quick, and professional - a rare combo in a body shop. I had a swipe on the door of my motorhome, sent a few inquiries. Most said dunno, bring it in. Some said based on pictures - need to replace the door, long wait. Carter and CMR Panel & Paint assessd quickly and said it can be repaired. They worked with my insurance and kept me informed every step. I did not expect this level of service. The workmanship is exceptional - the motorhome looks better than before. My bumper area was badly scraped on a concrete pillar. CMR fixed in excellent fashion - I cannot see any sign of the damage now. Paint matched perfectly. The job was completed less than one week after the damage, and a free loan car as well. I am very impressed with Carter and his team. Thank you.
